AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY INFORMATION
At Ruby Goods, we deliver to every state in Australia and your order is shipped within 24 - 48 business hours of confirmation and receipt of payment.
We charge a FLAT RATE of $10 for all Australian orders. A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped, allowing you can keep an eye on your shipment. We are unable to guarantee any delivery time, as once with the shipping carrier it is out of our control. Delivery times can vary from 2 to 10 business days depending on your location and the postal method we have chosen to use.
Ruby Goods do not safe drop parcels! We have made this decision due to the nature of our products and to keep privacy and discretion. If no one is home at the time of delivery a card will be placed in your letter box for you to pick up your parcel from the nearest post office or courier service.
We sincerely apologise if this affects any of our loyal customers, however in the interest of safety and security, this must be done. If you are having a problem tracking your package feel free to contact us anytime and we will be glad to assist email@example.com
We offer FREE shipping to all Australian customers who purchase over $150 worth of goods in one transaction from us. Once you qualify for FREE Shipping the $10 flat rate will automatically be removed from your order.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
At this stage, we do not ship internationally. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange policy for change of mind on adult products.
If your item is faulty, we offer a replacement up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The item will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the value of the faulty item.
We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however true to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.
Before returning a faulty toy, may we first ask you to follow a few simple testing points as follows.
- Make sure you are using the correct batteries
- Make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly
- Try new batteries
- Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture
- Hold controls for 3-5 seconds to turn on
